Aurical
is a modular, PC-based hearing instrument fitting
and diagnostic system offering you the choice of any
combination of REM, HIT and Audiometry software modules. With
the option of integrating the 2cc test chamber and HI-PRO into
the Aurical hardware, programming a hearing instrument and
then verifying the fi t has never been easier. And for
accurately measuring hearing instrument performance, Aurical
can perform all conventional IEC and ANSI tests. The system
can easily be installed on any desk, and can be confi gured
for use with a sound booth. Weighing just 5 kg, Aurical is
portable together with a laptop PC in the optional carrying
case on wheels. |

Orbiter
922 provides every audiometric facility required in
the clinical setting, as well as additional test capabilities
which are useful in a variety of clinical and research
applications. This two-channel clinical audiometer features
DSP architecture and two separate oscillators as well as:
• Direct control of optional CD player
• Built-in free-fi eld amplifi er, talkover mic. and
monitoring loudspeaker
• High-frequency testing up to 20 kHz
• High-resolution multiple frequencies (frequency accuracy
of ±0.03%) |

The
Midimate clinical/diagnostic audiometer is a model
of simplicity, and yet it features more operations in its
compact frame than many audiometers twice its size. Available
in two versions, the 602 and 622, the Midimate is ideal for
routine testing, and features four special tests (SISI, ABLB,
Stenger and Rainville), complete patient communication and
monitoring system, internal memory, NOAH compatibility, five
preset tests, and external audiogram printout. For genuine
portability, the audiometer weighs just 8½ kg including
standard accessories and hard case. |

The
Micromate 304 is a low-cost portable screening
audiometer operating on battery or mains power. It is ideal
for use in schools, industry, the armed forces, or whenever
fast threshold determination is needed. Both a hard and a soft
case are available for self-contained operation. If a record
of thresholds is desired, an audiogram pad may be attached to
the front panel
and the coordinate system of indicators used to mark the
audiogram curve.

Itera
is our new diagnostic audiometer, and is suitable for most
dispensing and diagnostic practices. Itera features two
independent channels, full patient communication facilities, a
number of special tests (SISI, ABLB/Fowler, and Stenger) as
well as Master Hearing Aid simulation. The standard version is
the ideal instrument for most tone and speech audiometry and,
in addition, may be purchased with the option of high
frequency audiometry and two external speech stereo
microphones. Itera is also fully portable and can be supplied
with a customized carrying bag. |
